Is there a free trial?
Yes. Sign up, add your rooms and try everything. No card is needed, and you can cancel any time.
Should I choose apartment or hotel pricing?
It depends on how you list on Booking.com and Airbnb. If each apartment has its own listing, choose Apartments and pay €10 per unit a month. If your rooms are sold as room types under one property, choose Hotel and pay one price by the number of rooms, from €70 a month. Not sure? We'll check it with you.
We're only open in summer. Do we pay all year?
No. Hotels can mark the months they are closed and pay €15 for each of them instead of the full price, with data and settings kept and AccoBox on standby. Add €30 per closed month to keep the channel manager selling your open dates and guest messages coming in, so next season fills up while you are closed.
Do I need to install anything?
No. AccoClix runs in the browser. On phones and tablets you can install it to the home screen like an app.
Can housekeepers use it on their own phones?
Yes. The housekeeping role opens straight into a phone-friendly room list, with nothing else to get lost in.
How does the AI inbox use guest data?
AI only drafts replies to messages you open, and a person always approves before anything is sent. It can run on a commercial model or a private model, depending on your preference.
Do you support the Latvian CSP tourism report?
Yes. The “1-tūristu mītnes” report is generated from your bookings and can be exported as XML for e.csp.gov.lv.
Can I bring my existing data?
Yes. Rooms and guests can be imported in bulk, and we help you bring over upcoming reservations when you switch.
