Tag and register
Each item gets a UHF RFID tag, linked to its type and weight. Register 20 to 200 identical items in a single scan.
Scan dirty linen out
Before pickup, scan two or three bags at a time. Add more bags or trolleys to the same count without counting anything twice.
Scan clean linen in
When the laundry returns, scan again. The count is compared with the last dirty pickup automatically.
Reconcile in seconds
Missing items are listed by type with when they were last seen. Items that turn up later are marked as found.
Settle laundry questions with facts.
Every pickup and return is recorded item by item. When numbers don't match, you know exactly what's missing, and you have the history to show for it.

Do we need to unpack the bags?
No. RFID doesn't need line of sight, so closed bags can be scanned as they are, two or three at a time.
Do the tags survive washing?
Yes. The tags are made for laundry use and stay on the item for its working life.
What about linen from other hotels?
If another hotel's tagged item ends up in your delivery, it's flagged as foreign during the scan, along with any unregistered tags.
Does it need my PMS?
No. AccoLinen runs on its own and works alongside any PMS, including AccoClix PMS.
Where is the data stored?
In a cloud database in Frankfurt, in the EU. Scanning itself runs on a local station at your property.
