Does AccoBox work without AccoClix PMS?
Yes. The base subscription without PMS is €100 / month. If you use a different PMS, we confirm the integration options for your setup before you order.
What if the power or internet goes down?
The optional battery keeps AccoBox running for up to 12 hours. Wi-Fi and Ethernet are standard, and you can add 4G for an independent connection.
Can it be installed outside?
AccoBox is specified for operation down to −25 °C. Whether your spot is suitable (shelter, mounting and exposure) is confirmed during the site check.
How many compartments do I need?
We recommend one per room. Start with a 12, 30 or 48-compartment main cabinet and add screenless extensions on either side as you grow.
Which languages does the kiosk speak?
Latvian and English, and the guest can switch on the first screen.
Can I keep my current smart locks?
Often, yes. We support selected models from Nuki, Tedee, Yale, igloohome, Salto, TTLock and others, and we confirm your exact model before setup.
